Just Look

Look at the sky

Does it make you feel like you could fly?

Look at the trees

Feel it creating the air that you breathe

Look at the sun

The endless energy it gives to one

Look at the rivers

The way they flow, sending you shivers

Look at the flowers

Lets do it for hours

Look at the moon

Feel those emotions rush in like a monsoon

Look into space

The feeling of infinity giving you a warm embrace

We too often get blinded by thoughts of yesterday and tomorrow

There’s beauty all around us that we can’t see if we don’t look

Be present

Open your minds eye
